Terms of Use
Effective 2 October 2026 · Frosch Gallery for Android
The app
Frosch Gallery is published by Brødrene Frosch, Denmark. It is a gallery that shows the photos and videos in your own OneDrive and, if you turn it on, adds new camera photos to OneDrive. You may use the app for personal purposes.
Your Microsoft account and OneDrive
The app uses your Microsoft account and your OneDrive through Microsoft's official interface (Microsoft Graph). Your use of OneDrive is governed by the Microsoft Services Agreement. You are responsible for your account, your storage with Microsoft and its contents.
Your photos
Your photos are yours. Brødrene Frosch receives no rights to them and has no access to them. The app keeps no copy of your photos with us.
Safety and liability
The app is built so it cannot make photos disappear: it can only do what its current step allows, it never overwrites an existing file, and it checks every upload against size and hash in OneDrive. Even so, the app is provided as is, without any guarantee that it will always work or be free of errors.
Always keep a backup of anything that matters to you. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brødrene Frosch is not liable for loss of data, indirect loss or consequential damage arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Third parties
The app uses the Inter typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and place names from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0). The licences can be read in the app under Settings → Licences.
Changes and ending
These terms may change when the app changes. The new date is shown at the top. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and revoking its access to OneDrive.
Governing law and contact
